Artizan is a biopharmeceutical company founded to address diseases involving microbiota in the human intestines that cause diseases such as IBD (inflammatory bowel disease). Artizan is developing a platform to identify the disease-driving bacteria in IBD with the goal of providing new treatment for conditions such as Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
