Kim Hodges

Head, Finance and Administration

Kim Hodges leads Finance and Administration at Hatteras Venture Partners and has been a key part of the firm since its founding. She is responsible for financial strategy and operations, ensuring accuracy and transparency in accounting, audits, tax compliance and investor reporting for all seven core funds and several Special Purpose Vehicles totaling more than $900 million under management.
 
Kim is known for building strong relationships with investors and delivering clear, reliable reporting. She drives operational excellence across compliance, risk management, and essential business functions including banking, cybersecurity, insurance, and human resources. 
 
Before joining Hatteras, Kim worked in pharmaceutical sales and nonprofit development. She studied business management and accounting at NC Wesleyan College.
