Directions:
Hatteras Venture Partners is located in Diamond View II, which overlooks the Durham Bulls Athletic Park in downtown Durham. Visitor parking is available on the first level of the East Parking Deck, located between S. Mangum St. and Blackwell St., just north of the stadium.

From RDU Airport/Raleigh:

• Take I-40 West to exit 279B, the Durham Freeway/NC-147 North.
• Take Exit 12B, the Roxboro Street/Mangum Street exit.
• Proceed through two stoplights, crossing over Roxboro Street and Mangum Street. You will pass the Durham Bulls stadium on your right.
• Turn right on Blackwell St., keeping the stadium on your right. Our building is just behind the Bull sign above the left field fence.
• Turn right into the driveway leading up to the building.
• Park in the visitor spaces located on the first level of the parking deck.

From Chapel Hill via US 15-501:

• Take 15-501 North from Chapel Hill, crossing over I-40.
• Follow signs for Business 15-501. Two miles past I-40, take exit 105A for Business 15-501 North/Chapel Hill Boulevard/South Square via the left-hand lane.
• Continue on Business 15-501 North/Chapel Hill Boulevard. 15-501 turns left onto University Drive at a stoplight. Continue to follow signs for Business 15-501 north.
• About 1.2 miles past the University Drive intersection, the road passes under an old train track and there are signs to the Durham Bulls Ballpark; Blackwell Street is the next intersection.
• Turn left onto Blackwell Street.
• Continue under the Durham Freeway overpass.
• Continue on Blackwell St., keeping the stadium on your right. Our building is just behind the Bull sign above the left field fence.
• Turn right into the driveway leading up to the building.
• Park in the visitor spaces located on the first level of the parking deck.

From I-85 North (including Charlotte, Greensboro):

• Proceed on I-85 North to Durham
• Take Exit 172 for the Durham Freeway/NC-147 South toward Durham/Downtown/Research Triangle Park.
• Take Exit 12, the Mangum Street/Roxboro Street exit.
• Cross over Mangum Street.
• Turn left onto Roxboro Street at the bottom of the hill.
• Turn left onto Jackie Robinson Drive.
• Cross over Mangum Street again. You will pass the Durham Bulls stadium on your right.
• Turn right on Blackwell St., keeping the stadium on your right. Our building is just behind the Bull sign above the left field fence.
• Turn right into the driveway leading up to the building.
• Park in the visitor spaces located on the first level of the parking deck.

From I-85 South (including Richmond, Washington D.C.):

• Proceed on I-85 South to Durham
• Take Exit 177 for Roxboro St./US-15/US-501
• Continue straight (follow signs for Roxboro St./US 15-501 South/Durham
• Turn left onto 15/501/Roxboro St., crossing under I-85.
• Follow 15-501S. After 0.4 miles, the road will make a gentle right onto Mangum St.
• Continue on 15-501S/Mangum St. for 1.4 miles.
• After passing through downtown Durham, turn right into the parking garage at 250 S. Mangum. St. Our building is adjacent to the parking garage, behind the left field fence of the stadium.
